Our standard delivery days are Saturday and Wednesday afternoon of each week (depending on where you are located).

For Saturday delivery, please place your order by Monday before 9pm EST.

For Wednesday delivery, please place your order by Thursday before 12pm EST.

Our meals can be heated in the microwave, on a skillet, or in an air fryer or oven.

MICROWAVE 1:

1. Remove any condiments.

2. Microwave for 1.5-2 minutes. *Microwaves below 1100 watts may require additional cook time to reach proper temperature.

Last but not least, you could warm your food up in the container, but we recommend you transfer it to a plate.

SKILLET (Preferred) 1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. 2. Add your meal. 3. Heat for about 5-7 minutes or until the desired temperature. 4. Add condiments.

Our menu is dynamic, meaning it changes with the season.

We have a core of 5 dishes that remain year round based on the ingredient, but the beauty of what we do is to showcase what the season has to offer. Is it more challenging? yes, but it also make it fun.

Note: This is the reason why some items in our menu does not have pictures, because they change that often.

Simply by going on MyFitnessPal and typing "anaboliceats" and the meals will show there. You have two options, "Large and Regular"

Not all the dishes will have a macro content because of how often some of them change. However, we can assure you that all of them range in the same ball park of calories.

As mentioned above. Having a dynamic and seasonal menu means that we use whatever we have in season. Meaning that during the colder months we rely mostly on beans, legumes and root vegetables.

Broccoli in January wil be hard for you to see in our menu.

All of our containers are 100% composable

Our goal is to break the boundaries of the industry and its "boring" meal planning. Meals will not be breaking down based on "keto" "high carb" "paleo". We cook with a goal in mind, amazing flavour that will provide nutritional value while staying on track with your caloric intake for the day.

You can pick them up or have them delivered to your house.
