S T A R T

"With a simple phone call and an order of 15 loaves for Friday (this call was on a Wednesday)" we commence this journey with zero equipment and zero money but with one thing only. 

After that call, the Riva's brothers started a voyage they have been working, discussing and studying for years. One of the topics is the incessant myths that demonized food while those tales are base on a past that does not longer exist. Which is the reason why they became devoted to debunk misunderstood stories  through well funded arguments, fact and most important delicious food.
