Our chef's choice pizza is for those that are not afraid of anything and are expecting the unexpected. This is an ever evolving pizza, it changes as the seasons and weeks go by. There could be sauce, there could be no sauce, there could be cheese, there could be no cheese. It will all depend on multiple factors. All we can say is that it will not disappoint.

All our grains are  Canadian organic, our stoneground flours are from king city milling.

 Note: Sourdough it is NOT gluten-free. However, as a result of using stoneground whole grains, the residual concentration of gluten in our 24-hour fermented sourdough, is smaller (20 parts per million) than in other crusts because the  sourdough feeds of gluten, during the break down process.
