Salad: Green lentils seasoned with shallots, walnuts, vinocotto, salt, olive oil. Accompanied by Red cabbage sauerkraut, raw onions and pickle wild mushrooms in season.
Dressing: Buffala cream, honey & Salt
Quantities Women: Green lentils 140gr, Mushrooms 50gr, Sauerkraut 1/2 cup, olive oil 10gr, buffala cream 20gr, honey 15gr
Quantities Men: Green lentils 180gr, Mushrooms 50gr, Sauerkraut 1/2 cup, olive oil 10gr, buffala cream 20gr, honey 15gr
