Our vegetable selection will be rotating as the seasons are rotating, during spring and summer you can expect to see multiple vegetable selections as their flavor will be in their peak. During fall and winter, you can expect to see more root and pickled vegetables in our menu. As challenging as this may sound, we see it as a beautiful opportunity to showcase what every season has to give.

Yes, the vast majority of our products are local, farmed raised products. We do our best to use products that are from Ontario or at least Canada. 

At the moment fish is not available because we have not found a responsible fish producer in Ontario that meets our values.  

Even though all of our packaging is 100% compostable, it goes in the black bin (garbage) due to the inner wax layer

You can track the macros and calories of your meals by simply using MyfitnessPal and searching for the meal you are eating. Note that at the moment calories are a close estimate and they are not 100% accurate
