This a very rich pizza, where traditional ingredients merge perfectly with a non so traditional ingredients. The cutting edge flavor of the pickle pepper and the umami of the red beans are intricate on their own. However, when we add the buffalo cheese into the mix it is just an outstanding combination.
Ingredients: Buffalo cheese ,(Red) Pickle pepper sauce with cacao nibs, (brown) Red been puree with black bean miso
On the crust: olive oil and Maldon salt.
All our grains are organic, stoneground and from Ontario.
Note: Sourdough it is NOT gluten-free. However, as a result of using stoneground whole grains, the residual concentration of gluten in our 24-hour fermented sourdough, is smaller (20 parts per million) than in other crusts because the sourdough feeds of gluten, during the break down process.
